Who We Are

24 Sky Harbor Business Alliance (“24 SHBA”) is the name of the business alliance that serves the community between the 202 freeway on the north, Air Lane on the south, 32nd Street on the east, and I-10 on the west. 

24 SHBA is a newly formed alliance, 2021, registered with the City of Phoenix that provides a direction and focuses on leading a collaborative effort to bring together community leaders, city offices, local and state government, faith, schools, businesses, and non-profit organizations all to work together on a shared vision for the community.

Our vision is a safe, crime-free community that results in a renewed reputation for doing business within the 24 SHBA boundaries.  Our vision will be accomplished by building relationships, driving change and facilitating partnerships within the community, and working with the City of Phoenix by utilizing the existing and approved plans in place.
